I am experiences blood in the urine with blood clots. It was a sudden onset about 1 hour ago. There is some pain on urination, but no frequency. I do not have a period any longer so that is not a possible suspect. I was just put on larger doses of NSAIDs, so I am just a little concerned.
Optional Information: Person's Gender: Female Person's Age: 42 Already Tried: Increased water intake and cranberry juice. Just started the cranberry about 20 mins ago. Have place a small panty line in undergarments.

I WILL get back to you ASAP.This type of bleeding in your symptoms indicate that you most likely have a serious urinary tract infection. You need to get into see a doctor right away for a urine culture and you will need to be started on antibiotics to treat this. However, you will also need to be referred to a urologist to do a complete evaluation with cystoscopy to look in the bladder as well as a CT scan to rule out stones or even tumors of the urinary tract as the cause of the bleeding.
