i thought i was having my peirod been to loo hardly any bleeding now after only 8 hours after empty my bladder 5 min later lost clear watery liquid wot could it be ?

Where is this clear watery liquid coming from? Is it from the vagina or from the bladder ?

vagina i think just was sitting having coffee and my pjs were wet all of a sudden

If this was a large amount of liquid , this is probably not from the vagina. This is more likely coming from the bladder and you may have had a bladder spasm causing the leakage of urine. You should get into see your doctor if this continues to happen and you may need to be tested for a possible urine infection as the cause of the bladder spasms. It is not uncommon for women your age to have occasional leakage of urine when you have coughing or sneezing or laughing. This is called stress urinary incontinence. If it persists, then you may need to see your doctor for a referral to physical therapist to help train you to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to stop the leakage from happening.
