Hello I am 34 years old and have had a dull sensation in my left tesicle. Its been about 3+ or so months. The pain (not really pain, more like weak dull ache) occurs when sitting. Standing, running, gym, sleeping etc no issue. I forget I have the problem. Then in the morning as soon as I sit in my car I rememeber "ah yes I have this dull ache." I can't feel anything different between the two visually, but if I apply the same pressure to both the left does feel more sensative. Not sure what to look for or test for. But I can say all functions are normal and only this pain like sensation that occurs when sitting and goes away whan not sitting. It seems to stay the same not worse or better. Is this something I just have to live with? or something serous? Any help, assistance, direction with be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Greetings, Is there any other symptom? How is urine? Was any test done? Regards.
No testing done for this. unrelated I recently (4 months ago) did my usual std screen and all ok. Urine looks fine to me not sure what I should be looking for though. Nothing else that I notice irregular. Thank you.
Thank you for the input.Testis discomfort or ache can occur from a few causes. Inflammation or infection is a common cause. The other causes can be trauma, varicocele, growth etc. But with growth there will be swelling which you are not having. Some times it can be referred from other organ like prostatitis, urinary colic, radiculopathy. But when there is increased sensitivity, the cause is likely to be in the testis. Infection can be treated by antibiotic. You should get it examined by doctor. Ultrasound examination of the testis can be taken. If you have any query, please feel free to ask.It will be my privilege to assist you. Regards

I will get it examined. I assume its no point to wait any longer correct? Is an ultra sound something that needs to be read and results come in later or is the imagery instantly avaliable and a determination given on the spot by the doctor? Thank you again for your quick response have a good evening.
Alex.
