This is almost certainly diagnostic of diabetes. There is no other way to treat this other than to see your primary doctor to be tested for diabetes and you'll likely need to be started on medication to correct your blood glucose. Home remedies and natural therapies are not going to cure this. There is no other diagnosis that I would be suspicious of other than diabetes. Hope this helps.
