about five days that i know of, it is about two inches long and around five eights of a inch diameter. it is sore but not real bad i would say about a 6 on a scale of 1-10. i do not see any redness. there has been no tests done. and there is no past illness.
Thank you for the input.This can be a cyst, commonly an epididymal cyst or spermatocele. If it is inflammed or infected it can be tender & cause pain & discomfort. The other probables are growth, vascular malformation etc. Spermatocele may only need watch & wait. As it is causing some pain and discomfort, I would advise you to get it examined by an urologist. how dangerous would you say this is right now ? and is there anything that i could do myself to help this out ?
