HiIt could be infection of the testis called as orchitis.Usually it subsides with pain medications and antibiotics and rest .Scrotum needs to be kept elevated with good support to reduce the swelling.Also anti - inflammatory medications will help with pain and swelling.There could be chance of torsion of testis , but rarely seen at this age.If there is fever or vomiting and swelling is increasing see your doctor immediately.RegardsDr.Tharun
