With just this number alone, the only thing I can tell you is that there is an elevated amount of protein in your urine in this could be due to kidney damage from medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or autoimmune diseases of the kidney. You need to get in to see a nephrologist to figure out what your cause is.
