I am a healthy male age 59 and acheive erection easily , but after ejaculation , quickly
loose erection. My wife takes longer to climax as she has health issues and bad knees,
so needs me to maintain an erection for 15 to 30 min longer. Is there non prescription
ways to maintain an erection for longer periods of time after ejaculation?

There is no way to make you erection last longer after you ejaculate. Once you ejaculate, you will lose your erection until at least 30-60 minutes later before getting another erection. Things you can do without a prescription to make you last longer are use a condom to decrease the sensitivity and also use topical lidocaine 4% cream (you can buy online). You put the lidocaine on the penis for 15 minutes and then wash off before penetration and this should make you last 10-20 minutes longer. Hope this helps. Dr. Y41034.0923730324
