Hello there,
Please be patient, as I may be in the operating room, with a patient, or driving but will get back to you ASAP.
Are you just looking for educational info and side effects?

Customer replied 367 days and 1 hours ago.

Would be interested in your opinion on surgery given being rx with radiation (6 wks period) and issue needing to be on ASA qd for PV/Thrombocytosis. Good to have but not absolute. Primary is hormonal rx, effecacy and side effects. Appreciate your counsel on this issue.

What did your PSA nadir at after radiation? Thanks!

Customer replied 366 days and 15 hours ago.

PSA went from 10.2 to 1.2. Since has risen to 4.5 in increments of about 1.0 per every 6 months. Hope this is what your looking for.

Thanks

Going back in and doing surgery after radiation is very tough. It is associated with many more complications and side effects. Plus, with a PSa OF 4.5 after radiation, this is likely cancer that has gotten out of the prostate. This is best treated with hormonal therapy so I do agree with hormonal treatment right now as this is your best bet. Hope this helps.
