I have been experiencing urine incontinance recently, to where I dribble a little bit. I have also not been able to make it to the bathroom, most recently 20 minutes ago. This time I passed bright red blood. A first.I take Pradaxa blood thinner for my cardiomyopthy and AFIB.What could be causing this and what do I do?Greg

I WILL get back to you ASAP.This urgency you have and the bleeding is concerning for either a infection of the urine or a tumor in the bladder. You need to get in to see a urologist in the next week to have a CT Scan and cystoscopy done to look in the bladder to rule out the tumors. You need a urine culture to see if there is an infection that needs to be treated as well. Hope this helps and let me know if you have question.
