Expert gave me some stuff but didn't answer my questions and opted out suddenly.__________________________________Hi. I know it's ideal to examine patients in person but if you could please do your best with the pictures I attached I would really appreciate it. Please answer every question and I need maximum amount of detail please. 1 - Do I definitely have penoscrotal web? Yes or no? 2 - How bad is my penoscrotal web? Qualify the severity of it please? 3 - Did the doctor perform my circumcision surgery negligently/wrong? Did he remove too much skin? 4 - If you get penoscrotal web from adult circumcision surgery did the surgeon perform the surgery negligently/wrong? Did the surgeon remove too much skin? Is it removing too much skin? 5 - How bad is it when somebody gets penoscrotal web from circumcision? Is it a very bad injury? 6 - Is it negligent/wrong if you get penoscrotal web from circumcision? And would every urologist think so? That is, is penoscrotal web from circumcision universally recognized as negligent/wrong by urologists or the urological community? This is from a urology journal: "Dr. G.J. Alter published his surgical technique for the correction of penoscrotal web, “Correction of Penoscrotal Web,” in the Journal of Sex Medicine in 1977. Dr. Alter defines the penoscrotal web as 'an obtuse attachment of scrotal skin onto the ventral shaft, which shortens the functional and visual ventral penile length.' He attributes most penoscrotal webs to aggressive circumcision in which too much ventral penile skin is excised." In other words what are the criteria for a negligently/wrongfully performed circumcision and does my circumcision qualify? Also, I have drum tight painful erections. ________________________________ Thank you very much for your time.

Yes, I want an answer please.I called customer support and they said everything is fine.Just a heads up - I might need to get a second or third opinion on this question because it's a complicated one, OK? So don't lock them please.Everything alright?
Hi, thank you..I will not lock them, and I will do my best to find you an Expert:-)
Ok, thank you very much. I'd like to apologize about my screw up with asking 6 duplicates. I know now not to do that.
No problem... thank you for your continued patience:-)
Hi--I cannot tell how your surgery changed your appearance without "before" photos. It is not unusual for the cosmetic outcome of a circumcision surgery to be not exactly what the patient expected. If you are not happy with how it looks, get opinions from a couple of surgeons (not just the one who performed the initial surgery) and ask if and how he or she can help you get the outcome you want.
I'm sorry but that doesn't answer any of my questions.I know how to fix it already - Z plasty. I'm looking for YOU to answer these questions, please.
I'm sorry I am not able to give you the answers you are looking for. Good luck to you!
