I notice recently after having sex with my partner, and taking off my condom I noticed blood
in my urine. I stoped seeing it after drinking water, but I had sex yesterday and it happend
again after taking off the condom and urinating. I also have been doing strenous excerises lately as well

This bleeding may be due to prostate irritation. However, serious causes like prostate cancer, bladder cancer, and kidney stones need to be ruled out as well. You definitely need to get in to see a urologist for an exam, a CT scan, and cystoscopy to rule out the serious causes of bleeding. Hope this helps.
