How long does it take to get urinalysis test results back in the Marine Corps and be notified if the test results are positive?

A urinalysis takes 24 hours and a urine culture takes around 48 hours. You should hear very quickly.
Do the home tests have the same screening and confirmation levels as federal urinalysis?
the home tests are more like a dipstick (yes or no answers). The urinalysis will actually quantify the amount.
If the home test was negative could there still be a possiblility that the official urinalysis is positive?
