I have a query about a "parking ticket" I received in May

Customer Question

good morning I have a query about a "parking ticket" I received in May 2016 from APCOA Luton Airport
JA: Has a court date been set?
Customer: No but I've had a letter saying it's going to a debt collector. How can I have a parking ticket when I didn't park, I stopped in the traffic as the temporary were red and the passenger got out
JA: Do you need to appear in court?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Surely APCOA and the DVLA are in breach of principle 6 of the Data Protection Act as they used CCTV and not ANPR or NPR.
