i want to get my licence back please because it is only certificat i used to take care of me and my family

Has your licence been revoked ?

When did you pass our test?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

yes my has been revoked

i pass a test on 19 march 2012

I am sorry but I can't give you any good news.

You have acquires more than 6 points in your first two years of driving. That leads to automatic revocation and there is no appeal. Its no a decision of the court anyway. Its down to the DVLA.

I'm afraid there is no exceptional hardship test for revocation either so your circumstances are not a consideration for the court.

I'm very sorry but I have to give you truthful information

Can I clarify anything for you?
