I just feel very stress and I might need to take day off from work which will effect my job. In addition I've been dealing with insurance companies for 3 weeks and fed up with all. Just want to finalise it and forget..

In your opinion who was at fault and why?
Reg numbers of other cars and names of drivers (if known)
Do you thinkthe offender should be prosecuted?
Offending vehicle (descriptions of both the driver and the vehicle)
Why they are considering prosecuting me? I was not the one cause that accident. I was hit by another car while driving on my normal course.
Can we clarify that? I didnt have any fault in that accident..
In addition it is written on the questionnare that 'for persons involved in or witness to traffic collisions)
