I have been summoned to attend the magistrates court in leamington spa for driving 75mph in a 40mph variable motorway speed limit (do not recall this but I have).I have no previous convictions of any kind. What options do I have?If i plead guilty my summons states the court will consider giving a lower penalty. How do I plead guilty early? Will I still need to attend court and if so will I need a solicitor?
