Customer Question

i have moved my taxi insurance to another company after the first company raised its premium by £800.00 no change in the claim bouns, they said the reason is that all the premiumums gon up. the new insurance accepted me with 2 years NCB and history of 2 accidents one 50/50 and the other still open. i paid their premiumum in full in one go. i have satisfied all their enquiries by documents they requested. after one month they came to me saying that their is a 3rd claim that i did not reported. the Q check shows only 2 claims. i have proved to them from the previous insurance that their is only 2 claims and the previous insurance certified that to them. they still insist that their is a 3 rd claim which is not my foult according to the recorded tap when i took the policy. after all this they have asked me to pay extra £340.00 on the top of the initials qote i paid. i did paid the different but i am not convenced of the 3rd claim which does not exist nor they can prove. i need an advice how to deal with this situation and to remove this extra claim from records. please help. thank you.
