I am sorry but I can see a reply

No, you won't until I answer.

Normally going through a red light carries 3 points and a fine.

But if a light has been red for some time then they can charge you with driving without due care and attention and that carries between 3-9 points. Also potential disqualification but that won't happen here.

Im afraid that if it had been red for 60 seconds I would brace yourself for a charge of driving without due care and attention.

I think that must be whats happened here as it was over a month ago and so there must have been prior contact. They've decided that they can only charge with driving without due care because of the length of time it had been red.
