Sorry I have been talking to another solicitor online here and I forgot to ask him - another driver accused me of using a mobile phone when my car is factory fitted with a mobile phone which is seated under the arm rest. All I have to do is press a button on the steering wheel - I dont have to touch the phone and it is hidden at all times. She was quite aggressive and persistent and I told her to "bugger off".
