Thank you for the information

Thank you for your patience

We have some big differences to clear..

Lets start with last year first

AC75 should equal AC218 and you are showing

AC75 -3,290 and AC218 2,238

If your profit figures are correct then AC69 and Ac81 should read (2,238+50) 2,288.

On the other hand, if AC69 and AC81 are correct then the figure input in Box AC215 is incorrect and should read -5,119.

Now we come to this year

I see a change in called up share capital .. did you issue more shares?

You had made a modest profit of 40 yest your net assets have moved from -3,240 to 563 ... a movement of (3,240+563) 3,803..

How do you reconcile this with the profit of 40.

many thanks

Expert: replied 3 months ago.

AC59 is creditors due within one year and whatever figure you put in this box it is reflected in box AC69

Was your retained profit at the beginning of last year AC215 409 or a different figure.

Please let me know how you wish to progress.

Thank you for the information..

Your accounts are due for filing today and unless they are filed before midnight, you will be levied a late filing penalty of £150.

Last year was your first year of reporting ..

I don't understand how you show a profit of 1,829 in box AC41 and -3,290 in Box AC75.

Did you make a loss in the year?

I can help you file your accounts tonight by offering premium service. Please let me know if acceptable otherwise I will head to bed.

Many thanks

i have my accounting sheet here loss of 2268 and at that date its liabilities exceeded its assets by 3240
Expert: replied 3 months ago.

Liabilities exceeded Assets by 3240... yet you are saying the loss was only 2268 and why not 3290?

Just exchanging messages are not going to help as we are approaching deadline.

Unless we progress, I would opt out.

Please let me know

Expert: replied 3 months ago.

it is easier to just file abbreviated accounts at Companies House website and worry about CT600 another day as the deadline is for filing accounts at Companies House.

i am sending you my offer in case you wish to accept it
