Ok.Another related issue, which form to I use to file an appeal to the court objecting to the rejection of a CVA proposal for my company under rule 1.17A, is there any costs?
Expert:  JACUSTOMER-p9i3kv2f- replied 12 months ago.

I doubt there is a form, you should get professional help to write the appeal document and the cost typically depends on the needed hours of work
