Hi, I am just filling out my 2011-12 tax return and had a quick question I was hoping someone could help me with. On the first page it asks if I was self employed and if I was in a partnership. I had to register as self employed to be on a partnership, so do I have to put both? My only self employment was that of a partnership so I am guessing that I just put that, but if I could get confirmation that would be great. Thanks Paul

Hi Paul
Thanks for your question
Hi no - you just put you are in partnership and fill out your partnership page with your own tax return (so do not state you are self employed as well)
Thanks
