I really want to try simplify my business and would like to now who i could set up maybe a 1 hour face to face consult with to just get advice and answer so many questions i have? Currently as a single person who is not business minded, I seem to have so much paperwork to do with VAT filling every quarter, Self assessment, PAYE, Company accounts, etc. To complicated to go into all the details but I basically want to shut down my LTD company in the UK and possibly open an LLC in the US. I need someone to advise on this as well as how it will affect my tax situation here and which will be more advantageous.

None of the paperwork that you mention is anything different to that faced by millions of other self-employed individuals. You should consider appointing an accountant to handle it all for you which will involve you paying fees but will be money well spent if you are feeling overwhelmed by it all. Most accountants will be happy to have a free of charge meeting with you to assess what needs to be done and the likely charges.As for the LLC idea, then you ought to find an accountant in the UK or the US as US tax and company law is extremely complex.Let me know if you have any further queries.

I guess i need to know what kind of expert to search for? as it involves tax but also US business, etc. Is a accountant the right person or do i need a more specific expert?
A UK accountant will handle all your UK filing obligations. You'll need to do some searching for an expert in setting up an LLC and to explain the tax and legal obligations.
