Thank you for the question.
It appears that you are writing to the tax office (HMRC). I am afraid we are not part of the HMRC, but we are independent forum providing tax advice.
I can still guide you as to how you can get a copy of your Notice of Coding - It is a simple process, ring tax office at 0845(NNN) NNN-NNNN(8-8 M-F and 8-4 S). All you need is your NI number on hand, they will then go through a couple of simple security questions, e.g. full name, DOB, address etc. You can then ask for a copy of the recent tax code, they will send it to you straightway, without any issues.
