Hi, Thank you for your question and welcome. Who is the way leave agreement with? Are you granting or receiving rights?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am wanting it granted, so I can arrange a new communication line for our IT people. We are receiving rights.

Hi, Thank you. Who is issuing it? Is it a utility company, a private landlord? Is it your landlord? Are you paying a fee for it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Private landlord with a managing agent. No fee is being paid.

Hi, Thank you. I suspect the delay is being caused by the managing agent. Is there any way you can contact the landlord directly and let him the affect this is having on your business? Kind regards AJ
