Hi Mike, A charge remains on a property that i am Company Secretary of, the mortgage with the Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society was settled on 25 July 2006, according to Land registry our property is not registered; how can I have that Charge lifted, bearing in mind that the C & G is no longer in existence? Thank you for your anticipated help in this matter!

Do you hold the unregistered deeds for the property?

Did TSB send you a discharge document for the charge when you paid off the mortgage?
