Were Court proceedings regarding the finances actually issued?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
As far as I recall there was court for the children then finances and decree Issued once children and finances settled I have over the years borrowed on my mortgage but have been told if you owed legal aid they wouldn't lend I am at a loss as to what to do wanting to move but dare not in case I owe money which would prevent me from selling nor do I want to leave the kids owing money
