Please advise, a commercial tenant company has vacated the premises, leaving lot of damage incurred by the tenant. My dilapidation claim, is GBP 800000, he does not want to pay anmd is putting up stiff resistance.Most swerious developmentis, that tenant company is going to be aligned with two other companies, and this will take effect on 26th of this month, so aftwer 26.9.2015, the tenant company's assets may be merged with other companies, and I will get nothing, because, the Ex tenant company will have No assetts. Please advise, what is best course. Going for court injunction, what will be court fees and other costs, and chances of recovering the claim of Dilapidations. M XXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX
