A large tree has fallen onto my property Who is responsible for removing the tree?

Mike
Thank you for the question. It is my pleasure to help you with this today. Please bear with me if I ask for more information.
Do you know who owns the tree?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Yes. Ilive in Castle Hedingham Essex and there is a wood around most of my property which belongs to the Castle which is owned by a private family.

In that case the castle estate is responsible. is there a problem with that?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I do not know yet as I have not contacted them

Thanks. You need to contact woever owns the castle then. They are liable under Occupiers Liability Act.
Can I help further?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

No. Thank you for the information. If I get resistance from the owners I may be back in touch.
