Communications from my Landlord come from the same address as those from the Managing Agent. When I made some casual online enquiries, I can see that both companies have at least one director who is the same person. I would just need some clarification on how separate the two entities must be.
There is actually no requirement for there to be a managing agentunless it is specified in the lease it is not at all uncommon to have theshareholders and directors the same provided there is not a conflict ofinterest.
The freeholders can decide to appoint one of their own volition
