I have a commercial lease for 10 years which i am 1 year into. My

I have a commercial lease for 10 years which i am 1 year into.
My landlord is very understanding and he allowed me this month ( August ) to raise £ 2700.00 which is 3 months rent and an annual insurance.
I paid £ 1000.00 today which leaves £ 1700.00.
I will be able to pay the balance within a couple of weeks but not sure if he will give me anymore time as he has been very patient already.
What are his options ?
Thank you for your question. If you are in arrears of rent then the landlord can either seize your goods in the property and sell them to pay the rent - this is know as distraint or he can forfeit the lease and change the locks excluding you from the premises. He cannot do both for the same rent arrears.
