Leasehold properties. What does it mean if, on the lease, it dictates "no acess to garden"

,Thank you for your advice so far.However, legally, could the term "no access to garden" be interpreted as not having a door or something leading on to said area?Meaning that because one has to exit their property and walk around a corner to enter the garden they do not have "access"
