It is not an answer, it is a request for more information. Is there a trigger or formula in the lease about ground rent increases?
i don't know the term 'trigger' in a lease but i do know that there is a clause stating that the ground rent is to double every 10 years and i want to know if this can be changed? i have heard that after living there for 2 years i would have the right to make the freeholder/landlord change this and want to know if this is correct information?
