What rights does my husband to be have on my mortgaged property

Resolved Question:

What rights does my 'husband to be' have on my mortgaged property once we are married?

Hello there,

Once you are married, your husband will be entitled to half of your property, just like you will be too. It will also mean that if you have any debts, technically he can be responsible for half of your debts, as you will be for his. Basically, once married, the courts consider husband and wife's money as being in "oner pot".

Hope the above helps. Kindly remember to click the GREEN ACCEPT Button.
