The water pressure on my optimax he plus 31c ferolli boiler

Customer Question

The water pressure on my optimax he plus 31c ferolli boiler drops nearly every day now, I know how to loosen and tighten the black valves as its been a problem on and off for a while but am worried there's something else wrong now as its happening so often - very frustrating

Are you losing water out of the PRV (the 15mm copper pipe outside about 3ft below the flue)?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I really don't know what that means - flue?
Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Not at this time of night, I sent the question 5 and a half hours ago, will have to try and have a look in daylight

Have you managed to look outside?

If it is coming from there then it is easier to fix than a leak on the pipework!

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I have no idea where to look or what any of that means - no idea what PRV is or flue?
Expert:  Andrew Smith replied 3 months ago.

The flue is off the top of the boiler and takes the fumes away.

The PRV is connected to a 15mm copper pipe and goes through the outside wall and may be dripping
