Does it spark?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Hi Andrew,
Sorry for the late reply,
The boiler does spark and will run for several hours.
the syptoms are
If the hot water tap is turned on for 5 seconds the bioler will go into 07 fault and not reset until either water is added or removed via the pressure relief valve only a quick burst is required. If this fails switch off at the mains for an hour will reset
On other occasions on firing the CH and Hot Water the temperature reading will start to rise then fall until 00 the go into 07 fault
it may or maynot reset itself and work normally.
Fault 07 may be the thermistor which has been changed. The temperature shown on the screen does not represent the pipe themperature at this point i.e when it says it is 40deg the pipe is coldish
When the Boiler is working correctly? the shut down sequance can go on for hour or a few minutes.
the CH temperature is also reading 87 deg (and The water is Hot in the pipework) it runs or cuts out reads fault 07 reset itself and starts again working normally.
The 3 way valve has been exchanged, the pressure switch has been rebuilt becauce the front seal was stopping the plunger moving. the electrical pressure switch which the plunger operates has also been changed.
the sensor in the vertical pipe at the infeed has also been changed.
maual for boiler included
