Hi there - Aga hot water problem - Bathroom rad plenty hot enough but the hot water output is tepid. Top coil pipe into cylinder is hot but the lower pipe is only lukewarm?

Hot on the top and cold on the bottom is good if you are passing heat into the cylinder, but you appear not to be.

Perhaps try shutting off the radiator to force the water through the cylinder and see if it improves.

It could be air or a blockage if this fails to work.
