Error code A90 on an Ariston 32 HE boiler....
JA: How old is the appliance? Have you gotten error messages before?
Customer: I've just replaced the pcb. About 8 years old
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: The diverter valve also been replaced. I wasn't getting hot water. Heating was fine

A90 is not a valid code at all are you sure you have the correct PCB board? Also is the code for sure?

Hello, if you are too upset to continue I will take a look at the situation for you.

I am in the business for 56 years so far, a retired mechanical engineer with a boiler license, I employed 27 people at the peak, but unfortunately not nearly as experienced it seems as the previous expert.

If you wish to continue i will pull the manual on the unit if its available and if not I will ask you to send me a photo of the wiring diagram, then I will mark it up with trouble shooting instructions.

Let me know if I should continue or not, of we do continue figure a few hours of trouble shooting on your end with my coaching worst case....I generally stay in tight touch with my clients, but there are delays as I juggle several questions at once.
