Customer Question

The boiler off/on button is too stiff to move. The boiler stopped working before and the lock out light was on. After trying to restart I switched off the on/off button and now it won't move. Thanks

It is a Grant Vortex mode 15-26-5

So sorry you have this problem i would think you need a new switch. If its just the single switch they cost in the region of £20.00

Expert:  Brian replied 12 months ago.

I can send you a link to buy a switch but Mode 15-26-5 is not a name I recognize, can you tell me if its a single switch with a light on it or double.

Thanks
