Customer Question

Hi, I have just bled a good amount of air from the radiators, but now the boiler water pressure gauge is reading 0. How do I add more water into the system please? The boiler is a Worcester Greenstar 30Si - I have the plastic water valve tap, but it does not appear to be turning the water valve.

Just watched a You-Tube clip and found the water valve is the white plastic hexagon head bolt next to the key. I have now filled the boiler with water & the gauge reads 1.5bar. All sorted now, thank you.
