Customer Question

I have a Worcester heatslave 15/19. We had a 2 hour power cut. After that the boiler came on but not the timer. Switched off at mains and then on again. Boiler fired and I got hot water ok, but no heat.

It seems that the timer may have failed on the heating side. you should be able to override this and go to constant heating to make sure all is ok and to keep you warm.
