Baxi system 35/80 Fault pump neon flashing Boiler fires up

Customer Question

Baxi system 35/80
Fault pump neon flashing
Boiler fires up and after 20 secs locks out with the pump failure light flashing. I took the bleed screw out pump is spinning fine and its circulating up stairs, the pressure is 1.5 bar. It will work sometimes and then other times this fault appears,
I cleaned divertor valve and the diafram looked fine

Can you check that when the red light is flashing, is the pin still sticking out on the flow switch?
