Hi thes digital showers are a nightmare when they go wrong. the only suggestion i would give is to turn off the mains power to the shower for at least 15 minutes.

If this doesnt help then please call in an Aqualisa engineer. I don't know anyone who touches them personally as they are very expensive and just a box of electronics.
