Is the fan running?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No, the fan isn't running
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I've previously had issues with the boiler and replaced the PCB 5 years ago. I took a punt and replaced the PCB this evening but no joy... No flame light, no lock out light, nothing...

Any lights at all?

Perhaps it has overheated - or it is not being told to come on?

Is the pump running?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No lights at all. If I switch the controller to 24 hour hot water nothing happens. If I switch the controller to 24 hour central heating the central heating pump kicks in. I can't hear the flue fan running in either scenario.

Here is a link to manual;

You should check Fuse 1 in the boiler.

Page 32 onwards has a good fault finding guide if you have a multimeter to check for voltage at certain places.
