Do yoiu have a silver flexible pipe under the boiler, or a white plastic key attached to the bottom tray underneath?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Just noticed the white key I'm assuming turning will re fill
Expert:  Andrew Smith replied 1 year ago.

The white key inserts vertically into a hole underneath.

Then turn the knob on the left to let water in.

Turn back off at 1.5bar and remove the key again.

Turning the knob does nothing I presume it should automatically begin to refil?

The white square one?

Open it like a tap and make sure the key is fully inserted all the way in and locked in position (note the padlock symbol on the tube)
