Hi Keith, have you checked that you have oil flowing to the pump

Just checked, there is oil flowing, what next?

Ok you can check the solenoid by removing it from the stem of the oil pump and putting a metal rod through the hole in it (screwdriver ) reset the boiler if it goes magnetic before it locks out its working. Then you will need to start checking pump pressure with a gauge.

Unfortunately it is a process of trial and error.
