Customer Question

I am trying to fix a Baxi duotec 2 combi. Have looked at the installers guide and think the PCB must have failed having checked terminals X13 (bl-br) and between X13 blue and X11 Black, neither of which shows 230V. Many of the other terminals are tricky to test as they are so small, but do you think I have enough info to go ahead and replace the PCB? If so, how do I make sure I am buying the correct one?
I am an electrician btw. Thanks for any help, Peter
