In six months time, I got my third electric waterBOILER VAILLANT

Customer Question

In six months time, I got my third electric waterBOILER VAILLANT VEH200 ,apparently the resistance gives up. Is this a fabrication or an installation problem? At the last replacement, the current was changed from mono to triphasic, but this is not apparently necessary. Many thanks for your answer. Ernest

Hi my name is ***** ***** lets see if we can get you sorted in the shortest possible time.
Ok, this is your third element in 6 months?
Are you able to check the voltage coming into your house?
Do you have an overhead supply?
If the voltage is low then the current will be higher required by the heater element and this can burn them out.
Make sure you have at least 235V coming into your house.
