Hi I am Rick, UK Plumber, and I specialize on Boiler problems, this is most likely the divertor valve not operating, are you able to remove the casing and check some items inside and do you have a multimeter, if so can you also give me the exact boiler details as there are a number of CDi boilers, Rick

Hi Rick,

I have a Worcester Greenstar 37 CDI boiler. I do not have a multimeter so is it fixable without an engineering visit?

Expert:  Rick Ridley replied 4 years ago.
almost certainly not, a component has failed, be it a sensor or more likely the divertor valve, Rick
